1. Who we are

2. What information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you sign up
- Business profile: information about your business including your customers, sales approach and writing style
- Lead data: names, contact details, notes and activity logs you enter about your prospects
- Uploaded documents: any playbook or business document you choose to upload
- Usage data: how you use the platform, which features you use and when
- Payment information: processed securely by Paddle. We never store your card details.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and operate the Your Small Victories platform
- Generate AI-powered content using the Anthropic API on your behalf
- Process subscription payments via Paddle
- Send service-related emails including receipts and account notices
- Monitor platform usage to prevent abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service as described in this policy.
4. AI processing of your data
To generate outreach, call scripts and weekly reflections, we send relevant portions of your business profile and lead information to the Anthropic API. By using the AI features you consent to this processing. We send only the minimum data required. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as merchant of record for all transactions on our platform. When you purchase a subscription, your payment relationship is with Paddle. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data. We do not store your card or bank details.
Paddle handles global sales tax compliance including Australian GST. You may receive receipts and tax invoices directly from Paddle.

- Supabase: database and authentication (AWS infrastructure)
- Anthropic: AI generation API
- Vercel: hosting
7. Your lead data and third party personal information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal information you upload about third parties (including your prospects) is handled in accordance with all applicable privacy laws including the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We accept no liability for your handling of third party personal information.
8. Data security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible to your account. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion request we will delete your data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Australian tax law.
10. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal information. Email hello@yoursmallvictories.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have breached your privacy you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.
